Purchased a Pixel 10 which had a promo offer of an extra £200 when trading in your old handset. Received the initial payment of £80 but not the extra bonus of £200. Contacted the trade up team but had no response

Thanks for your reply. That's the email address I used. I'll see if they reply in the next day or 2 then try again. I had no issues at all last time. Not sure why it's taking so long. Thank you for also providing the address for complaints
