Hi, I need a proof of purchase to claim my free gift. I cannot see any email that was sent or anything in my account. How do I access this please and download?

To claim a gift card or free gift with iD Mobile, you can usually use one of the following as proof, if the reward partner accepts alternatives to a full receipt:
• Order confirmation email (the email confirming your phone/contract purchase)
• Contract summary / welcome email
• Invoice or monthly bill showing the device and contract
