Proof of purchase and proof of usage

I've been trying to receive proof of purchase and proof of usage since Friday. I've already contacted them three times via chat, emailed them, and they keep telling me to wait 24 or 48 hours.

It’s a scam! And the above poster is probably part of the scam.

What to do:

  1. Secure your banks: Contact your bank immediately to let them know a contract has been taken out in your name.
  2. Change passwords: Update the passwords for your email and online banking.
  3. Contact O2 & Tesco Mobile: Explain the contracts purchased are fraudulent and they’ll need to cancel the accounts.

Hi @kono313137,

I’m Matt, the iD Community Manager. Unfortunately, you’ve fallen victim to a scam, and the fraudster has placed an order for a contract through Tesco Mobile / O2 under your name.

What to do:

I’m going to send you a Private Message to get some more information.
