Protection on my spending and payment.

Hello,

I would like to ask for full protection on my phone number { REMOVED }.

I have already set the bill cap to £0, but my kids was still able to make in-app purchases (e.g. in Roblox) that were charged directly to the mobile bill.

 

Could you please block all “charge to bill”, “direct to bill”, “charge to mobile” and any third-party charges on this number permanently?

 

I want to make sure that no purchases or subscriptions can be made through the mobile network — only calls, texts and data that are included in the plan.

 

Please confirm once this block has been applied.

Thank you for reaching out! I completely understand why you’d want full protection on your number, especially to prevent any unexpected charges.
We can help with this. While setting a bill cap is a great start, some third-party services can still process charges unless we apply an additional block.
 

You can set your bill cap to £0 easily in the iD Mobile app. Here’s how:

Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
Tap on “My Account”.
Select “Bill Cap”.
Choose £0 as your limit.
Confirm your changes.
 

This will stop any extra charges beyond your monthly plan.
