I would like to ask for full protection on my phone number { REMOVED }.
I have already set the bill cap to £0, but my kids was still able to make in-app purchases (e.g. in Roblox) that were charged directly to the mobile bill.
Could you please block all “charge to bill”, “direct to bill”, “charge to mobile” and any third-party charges on this number permanently?
I want to make sure that no purchases or subscriptions can be made through the mobile network — only calls, texts and data that are included in the plan.
Please confirm once this block has been applied.
