Purchase invoice needed

I need a purchase invoice to claim the Chromebook Go as I was never sent one when I upgraded to the S26 ultra. Please could I be sent it?

I’m sorry you haven’t received the invoice. I understand you need this for your claim.

 

We can absolutely help with this. Your invoice is usually sent by email after your upgrade order is completed, but if it wasn’t received, we can resend it or provide an alternative proof of purchase.
 

What you can also use instead:

If you need it urgently, you can also use:
• Your order confirmation email
• Your monthly bill showing the device and charges
• A VAT statement / itemised bill from your account (available in the iD Mobile App under Billing)
