purchased a new sim

I've purchased a second rolling 30 day sim how can I show both of these under one username

Thank you for getting in touch with us, and thank you for purchasing another sim. 

 

If you’ve purchased a second rolling 30-day SIM, you can manage both SIMs under one login, but each plan will first need to be registered individually.

To do this, you’ll need to:

Register the second SIM using the iD Mobile app or website (you may need to create or log in using the same email address)
Once registered, you can link or switch between accounts within the app

If you’re having trouble seeing both plans under one username, it may be that the second SIM hasn’t been fully registered yet, or it’s linked to a different email address.

 

Key Steps to Add Another Plan:

  • Open the iD Mobile app.
  • Tap "View your plans" (located at the top right of the home screen).
  • Select "+ Add new plan".
  • Enter the mobile number (must be 11 digits, starting with 07), last name, and date of birth.
  • Enter the 8-digit code sent via SMS to the new number
