query on claiming galaxy tab

Hi there, I have recently put in an order to start a contract with you. On the offer, it said ''claim a Samsung galaxy tab A11+". How do I go about doing this? Will it be arriving with my phone or will I have to claim it another way?

    The tablet wouldn't normally be sent automatically with your phone order. Instead, you'll need to submit a claim for the promotional offer.
