reboot screen

I have a Samsung galaxy s25 and the last 3 updates have shut the phone down and I am getting the reboot screen can anyone help

Thank you for getting in touch with us, and I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your phone.

If your device is stuck on the reboot screen after recent updates, this may be related to a software issue. A few things you can try:

Try a forced restart (holding the power and volume down buttons together for around 10–15 seconds)
If possible, boot the phone into safe mode to see if it starts correctly
Check if there are any pending updates once the device powers on

If the issue continues, please take the phone to your nearest curry's.

It doesn't get stick on the screen however it does have difficulty starting up after a reboot. Shows battery level at 49% then shuts down and auto restarts 2 or 3 times and eventually shows power 0%
