Receipt for phone for insurance

Hey folks, I need to update insurance for my Pixel 9A but need purchase reciept from ID. Had no issues from other providers but can’t even find an online agent for ID to chat…

Any pointers?

    I am also in this position and need to get a receipt that shows make, model, IMEI number and purchase date.

    If you have contents insurance you should be covered for loss and theft and damage.
