Receiving a text in Australia

I would like to receive text messages in Australia (from my uk bank). I have enabled roaming in my online account. Do I need to set my cap above zero?

    Yes, if you're travelling to Australia and would like to receive text messages, we'd recommend increasing your bill cap above £0.00.
