reconnecting disconneted number (i neve got a pac code)

Hi, I really need help recovering my old number.

I was out of the country for an extended period and wasn’t using the SIM, so I unfortunately missed payments and the number has now been disconnected. However, I never had the opportunity to request a PAC code before the disconnection happened.

I urgently need this exact number back if possible, as it’s linked to important accounts and contacts.

Could someone please advise:

whether the number is still recoverable/reactivatable,
whether I can reconnect the account and keep the same number,
and what the next steps would be?

Thank you for your message.

We are very sorry to hear about the situation and the inconvenience this has caused you. We completely understand how important it can be to retain a long-used number, especially when it is linked to important contacts and accounts.

Regrettably, if the account has been disconnected for more than 90 days, we are unable to recover or reactivate the number, as it will no longer be held on the network for reassignment. In addition, once an account has been fully disconnected, we are unable to reconnect the same service or restore the previous number.

We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
