Hi, I really need help recovering my old number.

I was out of the country for an extended period and wasn’t using the SIM, so I unfortunately missed payments and the number has now been disconnected. However, I never had the opportunity to request a PAC code before the disconnection happened.

I urgently need this exact number back if possible, as it’s linked to important accounts and contacts.

Could someone please advise:

• whether the number is still recoverable/reactivatable,

• whether I can reconnect the account and keep the same number,

• and what the next steps would be?
