Refund, accidental extra payment


Hello,

I’ve bought the £7 monthly data plan but accidentally bought it twice. The tab closed and I was unsure if a purchase was made as I also didn’t receive an email to confirm.

The order ref numbers are [REDACTED]

I only need to receive one of these and was unable to cancel order.

I dropped my phone and when I picked it up it said thank you for your purchase, turns out I accidentally purchased 200 add on minutes. However my tariff actually has unlimited minutes. How can I get this refunded or removed from my next bill?
