Refused number porting issue - Ofcom?

I switched to Id Mobile on Friday, porting my number over from EE. Over the last few days I noticed several errors with Id Mobile’s communication, where the information provided didn’t match the activity expected. I lost confidence in them and decided to switch back to EE. I requested a PAC to take my number back and they haven’t responded or provided it, and they’ve closed my plan.
I spent over 6 hours yesterday trying to get this resolved via the appalling chat-bot system they have instead of customer service and there’s still no PAC. Has anyone else experienced this and had to report it to Ofcom? I have nowhere else to go other than Ofgem as I have no mobile service and Id Mobile aren’t addressing the issue. Do they monitor and contribute to this community? If so, has anyone experienced them resolving issues via this forum? If anyone can help it would be appreciated - thanks.

Simply tell the chatbot you’d like to speak to a person and you’ll be connected to a live chat agent.

I’ve already asked that several times and the live agent claims that they’ve sent a PAC via email but no emails have been received, and I’ve confirmed the address is correct. It’s a technical issue and they’re not acknowledging or addressing it.

They’re also refusing to send the PAC via the chat system. It’s perfectly legal for them to do so but they won’t.
