Rejected Application Multiple Times

I’ve tried to make an application for the brand new Samsung S26 Ultra with unlimited data, but apparently I’ve failed credit checks? My credit is 800+ and never miss a payment with ID OR other providers. Simply need a new business phone, so it would be the company paying, not me as well! Even more affordability? Tried Live chat and they’ve been no help, so lets try the community.

Carry out a credit check on yourself for free from one of the many credit agencies.

I have done credit checks, all of which show 600-800+ and I can get a loan via BBB for £25,000 but can’t get a phone bill? 🤔😂

I would advise contacting our Sales team on 0800 049 0250, as they will be able to review the reason for the credit check failure and assist you further from there
