Remove old line from ID Login.

Hi All,

 

I have a new line I’ve just taken out. In the iD App, or online portal I still have a closed line (I ported it away a few weeks ago). Does anyone know how I can remove it?

No, so what I mean is my iD Login is <me@me.com>

 

I had an old iD SIM only plan, that’s now ported out and closed. 

Today I took a new iD SIM only plan that I added within the App. 

So I have the old (closed plan) and the new (active) plan. 

 

How do I get rid of the old plan, that’s closed? (they are different numbers)

If both accounts are linked to the same email address, then both the old and new accounts may appear, as they would be associated with that email.

Actually, this was simply after checking the App and online portal. I can be done without contacting iD. I’m surprised this hasn’t been asked before, or support didn’t actually know. Surely, it’s a common thing?

Even though the old SIM-only plan has been closed (due to the number being ported out), it may still appear in your app/online account for a short period for record purposes. It typically takes around 6 months for a disconnected account to fully drop off and no longer show on your profile.

 

In most cases, it will automatically disappear once the system updates.
