Hello, I want you to remove the restrictions and blockages from my internet. I mean, I can't see all the sites on the internet now.

I understand, that must be frustrating, especially if you feel like you’re not getting full access online.
 

On iD Mobile, there usually aren’t “internet restrictions” in the way you’re describing. However, what you’re experiencing is most often caused by one of these:
 

First, check if Content Filtering / Safe Browsing is turned on:

On your phone settings (or browser like Safari/Chrome), there may be a content filter, family controls, or restricted mode enabled
 

Second, if this is happening on all devices using your mobile data:

It could be a network-level content filter or APN setting issue
Try resetting your network settings:
Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone/Android → Reset Network Settings
 

Also check:

Whether you’re connected to Wi-Fi with parental controls (like home router filtering)
Or using a security app/VPN that may be blocking sites
 

If you specifically want iD Mobile to check anything on the account side, they can confirm if any bar, restriction, or content filter is active — but in most cases, iD Mobile doesn’t block general websites.
