Is there a way of preventing unanswered calls going to voicemail? I just want my phone to ring. If for some reason I cannot answer, I do NOT want any caller to be able to leave me a voicemail.

Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, you can stop unanswered calls from going to voicemail by turning off the voicemail service completely.
To do this, please log in to the iD Mobile app or your My Account online, go to Plan > Manage your iD services, and switch Voicemail off. Make sure to save your changes before exiting.
