Report bereavement but phone number not known

I’d like to notify ID mobile of a bereavement.  I have the account holders name, and account number but don’t know the mobile number which means I can’t use the published routes.

 

how can I proceed?

Thank you for getting in touch, and please accept our condolences for your loss.
 

If you don’t have the mobile number, you can still notify us of a bereavement using the account holder’s full name and account number. Please send these details, along with a copy of the death certificate if possible, to our dedicated email: socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk

Once we receive this, we can arrange to disconnect the account and remove any charges, and we’ll guide you through any next steps if needed.
