I am starting to feel very disappointed with the situation.
I bought a SIM card for £6 with 8GB, but I saw that there is a £6 plan with 20GB available. I asked for an update, but it was refused. So I cancelled the contract.
Then I tried to buy a new SIM, but it was rejected twice for different reasons. My wife then bought a new SIM for me, but now we cannot transfer my old number or register the SIM – every time we try, we get error messages.
We have tried:
restarting the phone and reinserting the SIM
different browser and device
PAC code ready
SIM already inserted
registration and number transfer process multiple times
At this point, all we need is one real person who can guide us step by step to activate the SIM and transfer the number. We do not want automated replies – we need an actual agent to help us finish this.
