Request new eSim for a number which is not yet added to my account...

I ordered 3 new esims and transferred my and my daughters contracts and numbers over from O2. Mine is active and all setup, with my app all setup too. My eldest got impatient on the morning of the switch, as her number had not switched, and she deleted her esim from the phone. She tried reloading the original, but they are one time use. So she has no esim active on her phone now… I need to request a new esim be provided for her number, but I cant add her to my account, so I can request one on my app, as this want to send a verification code to her number. How do a get a new esim sent out please?

Thank you for reaching out. I do apologize this happened I would suggest that you get a replacement SIM. Agent can send you one via post which will take 2 to 3 working days for you to receive, or you can get one at the store free of charge as soon as you can. When you have the SIM you can contact iD mobile to get the SIM activated.

So you can’t send a replacement eSIM to the original email address that the first was sent to?

Yes we can, as long as you pass security questions and confirm the one-time-pin we send to you in order to get the e-sim.

This is where things have not been thought through carefully… how would you get the OTP if the phone isn’t working?? Surely you must have other authentication methods if the phone is not working?
