I ordered 3 new esims and transferred my and my daughters contracts and numbers over from O2. Mine is active and all setup, with my app all setup too. My eldest got impatient on the morning of the switch, as her number had not switched, and she deleted her esim from the phone. She tried reloading the original, but they are one time use. So she has no esim active on her phone now… I need to request a new esim be provided for her number, but I cant add her to my account, so I can request one on my app, as this want to send a verification code to her number. How do a get a new esim sent out please?
