Hi,

I want to request the logs for my number in terms of sms texts. I have had various issues with my id account and I believe the issue is my phone connecting to a false mast in my area. Is this something id can provide or is my only option the police?

I am not receiving sms texts or codes, and I only recieve them sometimes on WiFi calling. My service randomly goes to emergency calls only in the same location and then returns, however the service is interrupted even though my phone is connected to iD. 

I can provide the mast data to iD employees to confirm whether this is legitimate.
