restoring voicemails

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unable to locate your voicemail.

Please note that voicemails are normally stored directly on the network voicemail system or visual voicemail service and, unfortunately, once deleted they cannot usually be recovered. However, before confirming this, please try the following checks:

For iPhone:

• Open the Phone app
• Tap Voicemail
• Check both the main voicemail list and “Deleted Messages”
• Restart the handset and check again
• If using Visual Voicemail, ensure mobile data/Wi-Fi is enabled

For Android:

• Open the Phone app
• Tap Voicemail or hold “1” to access voicemail
• Check saved and deleted voicemail folders if available
• Restart the handset and reconnect to the network

You can also try:

• Calling your voicemail directly by holding “1” on the keypad
• Checking whether the voicemail may have expired automatically, as some voicemail messages are removed after a retention period
• Updating the handset software if pending updates are available

If the voicemail is no longer showing in both the voicemail inbox and deleted folder, we would unfortunately not be able to retrieve it from our side.
