Returning a upgrade to Currys within 14days ??

I would like to cancel a upgrade phone / contract plan I purchased from Currys within the 14day cooling period. Currys are refusing to support as this was an upgrade and have supplied awful customer service. I would like to discuss with ID but do not have a contact number. 

Can anyone please advise ?

Unfortunately I still have not received a response from ID regarding the above matter - Can anyone advise who to contact ?
