I cant believe you charge £25 to change my phone number why ? when most other companies allow you to change it at least once free well this has made up my mind to move once my contract is up as 1 I can get cheaper plans 2 with better coverage 3 with more inclusive things like mms inc picture messages that are free so once again ridiculous fee to change number

Your options are to get a crime reference number or pay the fee. The other networks you mentioned likely charge more per month for their plans than iD Mobile, otherwise you would have chosen them instead. iD Mobile plans are cheap, and I suppose they can’t afford to lose money on such requests. .

Thats all very well but some people dont want to go through the hassle or even pain at having to report someone for harassment especially if its an ex partner thats been harassing them as well as lots of other examples I could give as I said the vast majority of companies allow at least one free change of number without having to get a crime number a large allow upto 3 changes but within 2 years im sorry again £25 is a ridiculous fee as there is no way it actually costs that amount
