Roam Beyond inn Turkey not working

Phone is Android Samsung S24 Ultra with a physical sim. 

I've paid for Roam Beyond in Turkey but can't send emails using MS Outlook.

    Please can you try connecting to our partner network in Turkey, Turk Telekom, by following the steps below:

     

    Swipe down on the main screen to reveal the notifications panel
    Tap the Settings icon
    Tap Connections
    Tap Mobile Networks
    Turn off Select automatically
    Select Turk Telekom from the available networks

     

    Please let me know how you get on after trying this.
