When roaming in one of our 50 included EU destinations, you can use up to 30GB of your data allowance at no extra cost. If you use more than 30GB while roaming, or if you roam in a destination that isn’t included in our EU roaming destinations, additional charges will apply.

Yes, that is correct. I can confirm that when your allowances refresh each month, you will receive a new 30GB of data.
