Added roaming data  to wrong number

I’m really sorry to hear about what’s happened, and I appreciate how frustrating this situation must be.

 

However, as outlined in iD Mobile’s Terms & Conditions, once an add-on has been purchased and applied to your account, we’re unfortunately unable to remove, exchange, or refund it. This is because add-ons are activated immediately and are considered used from the point of purchase.

 

I understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
