Roaming not working in Turkey

Hi, I brought £20 of roaming as an add on. But my internet is still not working in turkey. I need it working asap for work related purposes

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure Roaming is enabled on your iD Mobile account via the app:
    • Log in to the iD Mobile app
    • Select Services
    • Ensure Roaming is switched ON
  • Ensure your Bill Cap is set to £0:
    • Open the iD Mobile app
    • Go to Services
    • Select Manage Bill Cap
    • Set the Bill Cap to £0
  • Make sure Data Roaming is enabled in your handset settings
  • Restart your handset
  • Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
  • Manually search for and connect to an available partner network in Turkey

Please note that roaming add-ons are non-refundable once purchased.
