We're sorry to hear that you're unable to use your data in Turkey despite purchasing a £20 roaming add-on. We understand how important it is to get connected, especially when you need the service for work.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Ensure Roaming is enabled on your iD Mobile account via the app:
  • Log in to the iD Mobile app
  • Select Services
  • Ensure Roaming is switched ON
• Ensure your Bill Cap is set to £0:
  • Open the iD Mobile app
  • Go to Services
  • Select Manage Bill Cap
  • Set the Bill Cap to £0
• Make sure Data Roaming is enabled in your handset settings
• Restart your handset
• Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
• Manually search for and connect to an available partner network in Turkey

Please note that roaming add-ons are non-refundable once purchased.
