safesearch wont turn off

Hi, my SafeSearch is permanently locked on in Google, even in Firefox and with different accounts. I’ve turned off all content filters in my ID Mobile account, but the block is still active. This is a DNS-level content lock on your network. Please manually remove the adult content filter from my line and flush the DNS cache. I need this done now

Mine is exactly  the same from last night. I've  also checked all content filters and reset them. Clearly ID mobile are not interested in the problem.

Thanks for your message. Could you please try opening the site in incognito/private browsing mode or using a different website or browser to check whether the issue still occurs? In some cases, this can be related to the web browser itself rather than the network.

If the issue continues after trying this, please get in touch with us via private message so we can securely access your account and check whether the adult content filter is still active on your line.
