Same email address for two accounts but can only access one

I have the same email address for 2 ID mobile accounts/phone numbers, I added both numbers to the one account. Now one of the numbers has been removed from the account, I can only re add it with a verification text to that number which is not possible. I am abroad and I was advised by ID mobile that they have roaming in this country, which they do not. I am now unable to access my account and need to somehow get PAC numbers for both of my phone numbers under the same account as I need to transfer to a company who is able to provide roaming in our current destination for business purposes. I hope that makes sense? Any help would be much appreciated.

What country are you in currently please?

 

Would you like us to look into this further, or are you set on receiving PAC codes for both contracts?

We are in Zimbabwe. We would be happy to stay with ID of you offer roaming here? If not then I’d need PAC codes for both contracts please.

Hi ​@Manz60443,

Unfortunately we don’t offer roaming in Zimbabwe as we don’t have a network partner there.

Due to this you won’t be able to use iD Mobile services whilst there.

Would you like to wait until you are back in the UK before having a PAC code as PAC codes are only valid for 30 days.

When you are back in the UK you can follow the below, alternatively we can PM you.

To move your number from iD to your new provider, you'll need a PAC from us.

Text PAC and the account holder's date of birth, in the format DDMMYY, to 65075

You'll need to use your iD SIM and should receive your PAC via SMS within 60 seconds.

Hi there

Qe will not be returning to the UK for a year and need our numbers working ASAP. Would you be able to email PAC codes?

Text 'PAC’ to 65075.

 

If you’re unable to do so due to issues mentioned above, please let us know and we can PM you to send PAC codes.

Hi there, I am in Zimbabwe where ID mobile has zero roaming so cannot send or receive any texts. Email would work best for both numbers please.
