My phone is about 13 months old but has stopped charging by cable.  I can still do wireless power transfer from another phone

As the device is approximately 13 months old and outside of the returns period, we would recommend visiting your nearest Currys store, where they will be able to inspect the handset and advise on the available repair options.

 

Please note that we are unable to confirm whether any charges will apply. The store team will assess the handset and provide you with full details regarding any potential costs, repair options, and timescales following their inspection.

Im having the same issue and my handset is 11months old. What is the returns policy

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing the same issue.

 

As your handset is only 11 months old, it will still be within Samsung's manufacturer warranty. We'd recommend contacting Samsung directly so they can assess the device and determine whether a repair or replacement is required under the warranty terms.

 

Once they've inspected the handset, they'll be able to advise you on the next steps.
