Hello I have a email saying I need to send in 90 days worth of proof of paying my previous contact to be able to open a new one how do I do this?

Thanks for reaching out! To send us 90 days’ proof of payments for your previous contract, you can do the following:

Gather your statements – These can be bank statements or bills showing the payments made over the last 90 days.
Take clear copies – Screenshots or PDF downloads work fine, as long as your name and payment details are visible.
Send them to us – Email the documents to socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk or upload them via Live Chat on iD Mobile. Make sure to include your account details so we can link them to your application.
