sent a phone in post but havent recieved payment or any notification

I sent my old phone via tracked delivery to id mobile when I purchased my new phone and haven’t had any email or notification to say they have received it and about payment to me for it??

Our trade-in service is managed by our sister company, Currys, who handle the receipt of devices and any related payments.
