I cannot receive sms messages on iPhone 13, and whenever i try and send a message it says failed to send. I have two phone numbers linked to this phone somehow, I have my previous phone number i chose to keep and another number. I’ve recently just hot back off of holiday and now i am not receiving messages or able to use FaceTime as it says i need to activate something but then says it is unsuccessful, even though it worked fine before. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Sorry to hear this @Harry_0501Had you perhaps used a local SIM while you were away? If it was an eSIM have you deleted this?Is your number showing correctly in the number settings? If not, are you able to correct this?

Several issues with phone since returning feom holiday, that were not issues before.
