Every time I get a phone call the connection is so poor, the line breaks and I can't have a full conversation. This is becoming extremely difficult as I have alot of health related appointments. I have tried turning it off and on and moving my sim to another phone.

Can this issue be fixed as I cannot continue with it any longer.
