Signal after VodaThree merger confusion

Sorry to bother you, but I’m a touch confused. I clocked your colleague’s Facebook reply to someone from a couple of days ago (attached), and it seems at odds with what’s stated on your website (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/vodafone-three-merger). Could you please shed some light on this?

@fmr Some may already seen a difference in service since the merger. But as the statement by IDMobile they are upgrading and this takes time across the board.

I should imagine by early 2026 we IDMobile customers would be able to take advantage of the 3/Vodafone network.

That’s what I thought as well, i.e. some people would’ve started noticing a difference by now. That’s also what the iD Mobile website suggests. Still, the iD Mobile colleague on Facebook says there’s no access to the Vodafone network for us yet. Hence the confusion.
