I’m really sorry about the trouble you’re experiencing. We do have a confirmed outage affecting calls in your area, which is why you’re only able to make and receive calls when WiFi calling is enabled.

Our technicians are working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we’re hoping to have the issue fixed within the next 24 hours. I understand this isn’t ideal and appreciate how frustrating it must be, but please rest assured that this is being actively investigated and you won’t be left in the dark.
