Signed up for wrong plan – how to change within cooling-off period?

I purchased a 12 month sim only contract yesterday (24/10/25) however upon review of my current service provider and data usage I’ve been using a lot less than first thought. I signed up to the £12 a month (12 month contract) but want to reduce to the £8 (1 month contract) 30g data plan. My cancellation period is well within the 14 day cancellation period so how do I complete this ?
