As per title
recently joined and received faulty sim. Can’t seem to get a replacement as I need to register with the app but I can’t get the verification code by text as sim faulty (no sim inserted). Been to carphone warehouse store to get a replacement sim as that’s what I was advised to do on phone. They gave me a sim but can’t activate it for me which I need to do through the app which I can’t do as I can’t get the number registered with the app due to the original fault 🤦♂️
can’t seem to find any way to speak to someone directly from id mobile. Chat bot doesn’t have my specific fault listed so just returns to the same questions over and over same with automated line.
starting to wish I hadn’t bothered switching over from my old network now as I don’t know what to do next and neither does anyone else.
any help would be much appreciated appreciated.
