Hi, i just joined ID Mobile from O2 and have transfered my old number to ID mobile via E-Sim. I prefer to have a phisicsl card. Can you please send me one Sim card to sync it with my e-sim please?

    As this is a public platform, we’re not able to access your account or arrange a SIM card for you here. The best thing to do is contact our Live Chat team by clicking here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, who can get a physical SIM sent out to you.

     

    Once you receive it, they’ll also guide you through switching from your eSIM to the physical SIM, the other option would be to go to any Currys store to collect a physical SIM card free of charge.
