sim not working

Since moving my sim into my new phone (samsung a36) it is no longer working. I have tried rebooting everything and changing settings etc but no luck. Should I get a replacement sim?

We are very sorry to hear that your SIM has not worked since you moved it into your new phone. I understand how disappointing this must be, especially as you have already tried several troubleshooting steps without success.

At this stage, I cannot confirm whether the issue is with the SIM itself. Kindly confirm whether the phone was purchased from us or from elsewhere. Also, if possible, could you please test the following:

Try a different SIM in your Samsung A36 to see if it works
Try your SIM in another phone to check if it works there

This will help us determine whether the issue is with the SIM or the handset, so we can assist you further.
