Hi

when am I able to switch to a sim only deal?

    Thank you for your message.

     

    You will be able to switch to a SIM Only deal from 24 days before your contract end date. Once you reach this point, you’ll be able to view the available SIM Only upgrade options directly in the iD Mobile app or online account.

     

    To check your options:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app
    • Go to the Upgrade section
    • View the SIM Only plans available to you

    These options will automatically appear once you become eligible.
