The following info is from the ID Mobile website under the ‘SIM Only FAQ’…
With our SIM Only deals, you have the option to upgrade to a 24-month phone plan once you’ve been with us for a few months. The SIM plans available for you to upgrade to will be determined by your initial credit check, your payment history and how long you’ve been with us. You’ll be able to check your eligibility to upgrade and what plans are available in the iD Mobile App or My Account online.
