sim problem iphone 16pro

Hi my daughter’s eSIM just randomally stopped working. I tried to reinstall it it didn’t work. Got in touch with live chat who sent out a replacement sim. It works in my phone (iPhone 15) but not in hers. It’s not locked as she’s been with ID for a couple years now it was working fine till a few days ago. She put an EE sim in and it’s working fine. Tried again with an eSIM for her today after the sim wouldn’t work and it’s stil not working. I have no idea how to fix it. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it?

Sorry to hear this, if it works in one device but not the other it sounds like the device may have an issue.

 

Has a network settings reset been tried?

Other networks is sim are working in it. Just not an id one. I’ve reset network settings. I’ll try again though thanks
