Sim upgrade, if i am to do this will i need to change my original sim to a new ID mobile or will the contract change on my old id sim

If I am upgrading to a sim only contract, will I need to change my old sim to the new one or will it come into effect in my old sim

If you upgrade to a SIM Only contract through your existing iD Mobile account, you would continue using the same SIM card and keep your existing number. The new plan would simply update on both the account and the SIM once the upgrade is processed.

 

Please note that SIM Only upgrades are only available from 24 days before your current contract end date.

 

You can complete the upgrade through the iD Mobile app, or alternatively you can contact our Sales Team for assistance on 0800 049 0250.
