Some but not all calls go straight to voicemail

I’ve had multiple problems with Id mobile. Since using a new sim I was sent, some but not all calls go straight to voicemail. This includes security calls for online banking. I’ve checked I’m not on airplane mode or Do not disturb.
How can I sort this?

    Hi, thanks for your reply. I needed my phone sorted quickly so I asked a friend to look at it and they’ve put it right.
