Unfortunately, you would not be able to transfer your iD Mobile number onto another SIM/provider temporarily without this disconnecting and closing your iD Mobile plan entirely.

Once a number is transferred away using a PAC code, the iD Mobile account linked to that number would automatically cancel.

However, if you plan on using another SIM whilst abroad, you would still usually be able to continue using your existing number on apps such as WhatsApp, provided the number remains registered within the app.

You would simply use the foreign/travel SIM for data and service abroad whilst keeping your WhatsApp account linked to your original number.
