Depending on what you need to discuss you have a few options:-

If you need to contact iD Mobile customer services then you can call them on 7777 from your iD Mobile handset (or 0333 003 7777 from another phone).

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.
